Brothers (It Ain't No Fun If the Homies Can't Have None)

I think I will name this article: Safe and Typical, with a Vague Ending.

I went into this movie thinking this movie will be scandalously sexual, tasting a little bit like Pearl Harbor with the sensuality of Unfaithful. But I was wrong, and surprisingly disappointed.

This movie was less about wanting to bang your hubby's brother, and more of a sad insight into how war experience can shake up and divide family. This movie will have you squirming in your seat at the mere melancholy of it all. So prepare to be sad for two hours.

I will say that just because this movie was slow-paced with its (long-awaited for) peaks, the acting was flawless, just as would be expected from these actors.

Portman was hot, Jake played the mysterious hot bad boy, and Maguire just looks plain weird.

In the end, you're still left with questions and desiring closure. Perhaps this real journey back home never fully ends full circle, but for the sake of viewership, this movie should have.
